RDA Horse Fit for Purpose
Webinar recording | Equine Welfare | RDA Practice & Implementation
About this webinar
Every horse is an individual, with their own physical capabilities, temperament, experience and needs. Understanding whether a horse is fit for purpose is essential to ensuring that their role within RDA supports both their welfare and the experience of the participants they work with.
In this webinar, Dr Anne Bondi explores the importance of considering equine suitability, welfare and the demands placed upon horses. The session provides an opportunity to reflect on how we assess and support horses within our activities, recognising that being fit for purpose involves more than simply being able to perform a task.
